What we collect
Your account details, the business information you enter (jobs, quotes, customers, invoices, expenses) and basic technical data needed to keep the service running and secure.
What we never do
We do not sell your data. We do not hold your money — payments are processed by licensed payment providers. Identity documents are stored privately and are never shown on a public profile.
Who can see your information
Only you, unless you choose to share it. Public profile details, reviews and metrics are shown only when you turn them on. Customers see only the quote, invoice or payment link you send them.
Where your data lives
MOMONIE serves the UAE, USA and EU. Data is stored with reputable cloud providers using encryption in transit and at rest.
Your control
You can view, correct, export or delete your business records at any time from inside the app, or by contacting support.
